The customer is responsible for freight charges associated with warranty parts. The factory warranty covers parts for factory defects and material workmanship only and does not include labor.

If you search with Product Find, you will be direct to your products relevant pages. All current product manuals, parts breakdowns, performance charts etc. are available on our website. In the drop down boxes you will find the information there.

You can find the Model and Serial numbers on the side of both the indoor and outdoor units.

We only sell to Factory Authorized ComfortStar Wholesale Distributors. Contact us for the Factory Authorized Wholesale Distributor nearest you by clicking on the “Contact” Button.

All Parts Breakdowns, Manuals, Submittals, etc. are available. Search with Product Find or from “Our Products”. There will be section titled SQUARE PARTS from the drop down boxes.
